Karen has been helping buyers and sellers throughout NE North Carolina purchase and/or list their homes with a solid understanding of clients’ goals and aspirations. Karen and her team LISTEN, FOLLOW-THROUGH, and AND FOLLOW-UP at the convenience of the customer.  Committed through training and experience to establish long-term partnerships, Karen has set herself apart as one of the top producers in the Albemarle Area Association of Realtors (AAAR). Karen carries into each relationship 14 years as a Moyock resident and personal involvement in the community. As a dedicated REALTOR®, wife, and parent, Karen knows first-hand the significance and importance of each stage of the decision-making process leading to the sale/purchase of a home.

She is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), North Carolina Association of Realtors (NCAR), Albemarle Association of Realtors (AAAR), and Outer Banks Association of Realtors (OBAR).
